The list is voted for by persons in the natural beauty industry and champions leaders in the clean and ethical beauty space. Everyone listed here is considered a mover and shaker within the natural beauty space, working hard to push the green and sustainable agenda forward in a bid to make beauty kinder to both people and planet.

Kinetic co-founders, brothers Alex and Kim Barani, also known as “The Dynamic Duo” of the natural beauty industry, reached the impressive milestone of 30 years in business in 2023. Known for their passion, vision and pioneering spirit, the company continues to move with the times. From humble kitchen table beginnings, today the brothers find themselves working in long-standing relationships with natural beauty giants such as US based JASON, Neocell Collagen, Avalon Organics and Alba Botanica. More recently to adapt to consumer demand the pair have added sustainable, plastic-free and zero waste brands such as We Love the Planet, Balade en Provence, and newest to the fold, Beauty Kitchen.
Beauty Kitchen’s Co-Founders Jo and Stuart Chidley also came in at #4 in the list. The couple’s vision has seen the brand positioned as Europe’s highest-scoring Beauty B Corp, redefining beauty standards but have also prioritising environmental responsibility by innovating revolutionary returnable packaging through their Reposit initiative.
