Fill a dosage cup with 15ml of PerioBrite Pulling Oil, put in your mouth and gently swish, pushing the oil between your teeth and around your mouth for two to three minutes
For better results, you can increase the time up to 15 minutes based on your comfort level
Spit oil out preferably in a bin, as oil may solidify in the drainage pipes
Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water
Always brush your teeth with PerioBrite toothpaste after using the oil
