SUGGESTED USE: Using the metered dropper, take 1-3.6 mL (1-4 droppers) daily. Days 1-3: 10 drops/day. Days 4-6: 10 additional drops/day. Days 7+: 10 additional drops every few days until you reach 80 drops (3.6 mL) spread throughout the day. THIS PRODUCT HAS A VERY STRONG, SALTY FLAVOUR. We don’t add any flavours or sweeteners, so we recommend adding it to your favourite flavoured drinks to mask the taste. Do not refrigerate. A high intake of magnesium may cause a laxative effect. If this occurs, simply reduce the amount per serving.
