Using simple ingredients, it relies on the simple power of whole-grain brown rice, including the endosperm and bran, to create a gentle, renewable source of protein.

The kernels are soaked in purified water to the point of germination, which dramatically increases the nutrient quality, allowing the natural enzymes to lightly ferment the grains. The carbohydrate portion is separated, leaving a concentrated protein that has a complete amino acid profile but is low in Histidine.
Histidine is usually converted by the body to Histamine, and therefore this makes All of Sun Warrior’s Classic Protein flavours hypoallergenic, and less likely to cause histamine reactions.
