I am one of the top women's cyclists in the world, and I race on one of the best women's teams in the world. I take my diet very seriously. I am very concerned about eating as many whole, unprocessed foods as possible. I take a lot of time to purchase and prepare my meals each and every day. However, there are times when I am travelling and racing when this is very difficult to do. I still do what I can, but when you cannot prepare your own food, you have less control over the contents.
I love to snack on these when I am in control of my diet, or to use them as an extra, but very important supplement to my meals or for my recovery from the bike. I was very pleased to find your bars at my local Health Food Store Planet Organic London UK - 1 Because they are good for you, 2 They are cold processed as I eat mainly raw food, 3 Because they taste good too! Other bars I have eaten have the taste and consistency of cardboard but your bars are the best that I have yet tasted.
