Case History 1
S, a 27 year old nanny, was beginning to recover memories of sexual abuse and was experiencing a tremendous revulsion towards her body and sexual behaviour. Though S had always been aware of the abuse she had suffered from the ages of 2-5 at the hands of her father and godfather, she did not experience vivid visceral memory of the events until after breaking off her only long term romantic experience. However S did remember being a very frigid teenager, never willing to kiss or be touched by any man until she was 23. Now she did not imagine how she could be with another man again after her boyfriend had moved out of the country.
By addressing the issues of physical intimacy and recovery from abuse, Sexuality Essence seemed the right combination with which to begin. I recommended that she take 7 drops of the essence each morning and evening for two` weeks and that she write her own affirmations encouraging her healing.
Three weeks later, when we next spoke, S smiled at the changes in herself that she had noticed. She had been journaling and painting about her experiences. She showed me the affirmation she had developed: I am now able to give more hugs and to show and receive affection. I am now able to enjoy my sensuality and sexuality. She reported a release of immense sadness, an experience of deepened tenderness toward the two babies she cares for at her job and a very heavy menstrual period with twinges in the region of her right ovary. She then told me she had a history of irregular periods. Sexual abuse may cause a root-chakra trauma and store negative energy in the reproductive organs. I suggested taking She Oak for a month then after a two week break (during which she may repeat the Sexuality Essence), take She Oak for another month. She came up with a new affirmation for herself: I am more and more my full woman.
Four months after these meetings, S called to tell me that she had met a new boyfriend and had experienced a kind of gentleness in lovemaking that she had never known possible.

Case History 2
This essence has been particularly interesting. My father died 15 years ago. I began taking Sexuality essence 10 years after his death. One night I woke in the middle of the night to see him standing at the foot of my bed with his hand extended to me. I had experienced sexual abuse by him and I feel that he was extending his hand as a way of asking forgiveness. This was really wild to me as I have never seen anyone who has passed on. This experience allowed me to think of forgiving him. I feel that when I am ready, I'll take the Red Helmet Orchid by itself.
