Case History 1
D. wanted an essence to help the feelings of low self-esteem and lack of confidence that she felt had been debilitating her life. She felt her aura was clouded with negative thoughts and has had great difficulties and has suffered a lot of stress from the discomfort of being around people other than close family members. So much so, she would get a migraine and have to cancel arrangements which involved spending time in the company of friends. Excuses would be made after a short while of being with people so she could depart. She would then torture herself with guilt about the effects of her inadequacies on her children. So, we discussed the issue of personal power, and she felt that she didn't have any and couldn't recognise her worth as a person.
I made up the Confide Essence for her because it seemed to embrace all the negative conditions D. was suffering. She took 7 drops twice a day for 2 weeks.
In this time, she had an exam to sit for. Normally she would have quite severe attacks of the nerves and worry prior to sitting for the exam. However, she was very calm, cool and collected before the exam and breezed through it, getting very good results.
She also observed that she didn't feel as anxious when communicating with people. Her tennis game improved to the point where she beat her opponent for the first time and actually commented on how well she played (she normally wouldn't praise herself for anything).
She also commented on how she had started to challenge her partner on issues she didn't agree with whereas before she wouldn't have had the confidence to defend her beliefs and be true to herself.
D. also decided to organize a party to celebrate her 40th birthday at a restaurant, something she wouldn't have been able to face before.

Case History 2
I took this essence to give me the ability to speak publically, as I need to this sometimes. I found that, although I was nervous, I managed to speak eloquently.
