This is an exciting opportunity based in the World's largest Organic Lifestyle Store in London, due to open in June 2007. We are currently looking for an experienced Manager responsible for managing and developing sales for an exclusive Eco friendly fashion brand and natural beauty and body care brands.

Responsibilities for the day to day running of the concession include: checking stock levels, replenishing stock, cashing in and cashing up, liaising with the Departmental Manager, and implementing promotions. He/she will be committed to pro-actively training their team to the highest standards, ensuring that they maintain excellent customer service throughout the Department at all times, and will ensure that the Department is immaculate and that displays are maintained to the highest standard, as visual merchandising is of the utmost importance. The successful candidate will have:

. Management experience
. Sound commercial background and understanding of fashion brands within the market
. Confident in their ability to drive the brand forward to meet and exceed Department and Company targets
. Clear focus on customer service
. Excellent people management and development skills
. Highly motivated and able to work under pressure
